Our client, an international Financial Services provider, is currently looking for the following profile :

Conducting Officer (m / f)

Mission

Responsibilities

Be in charge of the organisation, preparation and participation in investment committees of the funds under management

Be the point of contact with the investment advisors of the funds for all investment related activity

Assess and analyse the potential investments for the Investment Committees

Ensure the compliance of the investment strategies with the investment policies of the funds

Monitor the execution of investments and disinvestments according to the decision of the Investment Committees

Report to the Board on a regular and ad-hoc basis, providing insight into the performance of fund portfolios

Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence and continuous improvement of our efficiency

Be responsible of the policies and procedures related to the portfolio management activities

Be in charge of the oversight of external managers

Collaborate with Risk Management, Valuation and other business activities in the delivery of services to clients

Profile

Profile

Degree educated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance

Be eligible for CSSF approval

A clear and deep knowledge of the PE / RE sector including the valuation methodologies and market risks, any other alternative funds exposure such as Debt would be considered as a significant asset

Fluency in English is a real MUST. A very good level in German and / or in French will also be a top asset.
