Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner (m / f / x)

The Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the company’s end‑to‑end operational processes while ensuring full revenue integrity (ensuring completeness / accuracy of revenue streams) across the value chain.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Own the lifecycle of key operational and commercial processes.
• Map, document, and optimise cross‑department workflows
• Standardise procedures and drive adoption
• Monitor process KPIs and implement corrective measures
