Your next challenge : Senior Financial Analyst in charge of the Wealth Management activities based in Luxembourg. Production Coordinate the preparation, analytical review and sign-off of financial and management reports. Establish, monitor and reinforce internal controls over financial reporting and formulate financial recommendations. Ensure the production, the monitoring and the preparation of monthly report, annual budget, and forecast every quarter. Performance review Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Analyse results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts. Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials. System / Data / Reconciliation Manage and organise all controlling information within the organisation and coordinate the accessibility, control and coherence of the management information system. Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Your skills : Domain of expertise : Finance Experience : Minimum of 6 years Education (orientation) : Finance, Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent Education (required level) : Master degree or equivalent by experience Languages : French & English are required Banking : knowledge and interest about the various businesses of a Universal Bank, good knowledge of their products and services. Skills in Asset and Liability Management are recommended. Curious and eager to delve further into Finance topics, making the link between Strategy, Risk Management, ALM and commercial aspects. Strong quantitative and analytical competency, appetite for data analysis and reconciliation skills Ability to interact with and build sustainable relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority, including executive-level management. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills. Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow. MS Office : Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Data acquisition and transformation : SQL, knowledge in ETL (Dataiku, etc.) considered as a plus. Data exploitation tools (Microstrategy, PowerBI, etc.) considered as a plus.
