Le cabinet de recrutement de Manpower Luxembourg recrute un  Senior Project Manager en   CDI  pour l’un de ses clients, un promoteur immobilier de renom au Luxembourg.

En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous serez en charge de :

  • Suivre et superviser l'exécution d'un projet de grande envergure, en garantissant le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité.
  • Coordonner les équipes internes et externes, ainsi que les différents intervenants pour assurer la bonne progression du projet.
  • Piloter les phases de construction et suivre les étapes de la conception à l'exécution sur le site.
  • Gérer la relation avec les clients, les partenaires et les autorités tout en veillant à la conformité des normes et à l’avancée du chantier.
  • Assurer une communication fluide avec toutes les parties prenantes et résoudre les éventuels problèmes rencontrés.
  • Suivre la gestion financière du projet afin d'optimiser les coûts et assurer le respect du budget alloué.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets dans le secteur immobilier, idéalement sur des projets de bureaux de grande envergure.
  • Vous possédez une expérience significative en tant que Project Manager ou Senior Project Manager dans le suivi de projet.
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance des processus de construction et des normes de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion d’équipes et la coordination d'intervenants externes.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), proactif(ve) et vous avez un excellent sens de la communication.
