An internationally renowned firm in the legal and financial services sector is seeking an experienced AML / KYC Manager to strengthen its compliance function in Luxembourg. AML Manager - Your Role : Drive and inspire your team : Take charge of a dedicated group of compliance professionals, fostering their development while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Be the safeguard of compliance : Review, approve, and oversee client due diligence files to ensure alignment with both Luxembourg and EU AML / KYC regulations. Act as a trusted advisor : Provide clear, pragmatic guidance to internal teams and clients, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for compliance-related matters. Stay ahead of change : Monitor regulatory developments, adapt procedures, and contribute to shaping innovative compliance strategies. AML Manager - Your Profile : A university degree in Law, combined with relevant experience in Compliance / AML. Prior experience (at least 3 years) in managing a team, with strong leadership and people development skills. In-depth knowledge of AML / KYC frameworks in Luxembourg, ideally within an international environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
