Responsibilities & Impact Lead and coach a team of three AML / KYC professionals Guide daily operations, provide feedback and mentoring, and build a strong, motivated team, boosting both your leadership skills and the team's efficiency. Oversee European AML processes Coordinate and update policies and manuals, keeping the firm ahead of evolving regulations. Your input helps maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions and strengthens the firm's reputation. Collaborate with global offices Work closely with international teams on client onboarding and data-privacy topics.
