CORPORATE ASSOCIATE – LUXEMBOURG We are currently looking to recruit a corporate lawyer of at least 5 years of experience to join our Corporate Team in Luxembourg. Candidate Summary You have minimum a Master 2 in a field of business Law, You have at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Law in Luxembourg, You are ideally already qualified at the Luxembourg bar, You are solution-oriented, conscientious and you provide a high-standard work, You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written English and French, An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we highly value. The Opportunity You will be involved in high profile transactions, in direct contact with external parties in representation of the law firm; You will be providing advice to clients on a variety of legal issues branching from corporate law, You will manage and supervise Junior Associates, You will integrate the Corporate practice group and be expected to actively contribute to the knowledge sharing through the Firm worldwide.
