About the role
We are urgently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our Client Service team. This role acts as a key interface between our clients and our technology products, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing support and service reviews.
This is a hybrid role requiring both strong client relationship skills and a solid understanding of financial technology products. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating technical environments and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Manage client onboarding, due diligence, and configuration of technology products
Conduct regular client service meetings and performance reviews
Translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs and stack traces, and support technical resolutions
Configure AI bots and assist with product customization when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and product delivery
Required qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, or Customer Support in a technology-intensive environment, ideally within the financial sector
Strong understanding of fintech products and familiarity with Open Finance concepts
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; diplomatic and client-focused
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team-oriented but capable of working independently on client matters
Technical skills such as Python programming, log analysis, and Java stack trace reading are a strong asset
