(Senior) Risk Manager AIFM – Real Estate / Infrastructure (m / f / d)

Your responsibilities

• Periodic reporting to the management bodies of the AIFM, the AIFs, and the CSSF on the risk situation of the managed funds and the management company
• Preparation and maintenance of risk profiles for each AIF in line with the fund's investment strategy
• Ongoing monitoring of funds for compliance with legal and contractual investment restrictions
• Further development of risk management systems, methodologies, and assessment procedures
• Development and maintenance of guidelines, work instructions, and control processes, including enhancement of the internal control system and risk mitigation measures
• Ensuring ongoing monitoring of outsourced areas and functions (outsourcing / delegation control)
• Initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and fund partners
• Monitoring the valuation framework and analysing reports issued by appointed valuation agents
• Active participation in Business Acceptance and Valuation Committees
• Leading cross‑functional risk and governance projects from time to time
