Corporate Officer (M/F)

As a (Senior) Corporate Officer, you will autonomously manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing it from inception to liquidation. The specific cases you handle, whether commercial or financial entities, will be determined by your prior experience.
Your responsibilities include managing submissions to the RCS or RBE, such as annual accounts, changes of registered office, changes in shareholders, and more.
To facilitate clear and efficient communication, you will directly liaise with other teams within the fiduciary, as well as external parties like banks, auditors, and notaries.
