Reporting and Presentation : Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in English, delivering clear, precise analyses and conclusions. Advanced Financial Modeling : Create sophisticated financial models / computations in Excel, including both DCF and market approach analyses, and option pricing analysis. Client Interaction : Participate in client interviews, to gather essential data and foster strong client relationships. Team Leadership : Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and facilitating their professional growth. Your Profile : Education : Master's degree from a top-tier university in Economics, Finance, or Management (4+2 years' study) with a distinguished academic record. Extensive Valuation Experience : Over 2 full years of experience in valuation or corporate finance, including previous roles or internships. Analytical Skills : Ability to evaluate / compute anything quickly, driven both by strong problem-solving abilities with analytical acumen and strong helicopter view. Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills : Proficient in Excel with knowledge of short-keys, complex formulas, and modeling techniques. Familiarity with VBA is a plus.
