New challenging Technical Business Analyst role !

You will join a dynamic IT team within a global group. You will collaborate closely with end users to address business challenges, while gaining expertise in IT systems.

Your responsibilities

You collaborate closely with traders to design and implement efficient information system solutions tailored to business needs.

You provide training and guidance to users on software tools to ensure optimal usage and adoption.

You build knowledge of physical commodities trading workflows and offer continuous support for associated systems and applications.

You develop a strong understanding of physical commodities trading processes and provide ongoing support for related systems.

You troubleshoot system issues and design long-term, sustainable solutions.

You manage data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You conduct software testing to validate functionality and performance.

You create and optimize SQL procedures

Your profile

You have a minimum of 3 years on a similar professional experience

You have strong experience in business analysis and system integration within Finance (financial / banking companies).

You have a good background in SQL, experience with relational databases and in support to users.

You are fluent in English (mandatory).
