Your contribution to our success
Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll related processes by following and ensuring the accuracy of the full process (payroll and benefits), in compliance with local legislationAdvise the dedicated population on payroll, benefits, pension plans, social security or personal tax matters, etc.Advise and assist with actions to be taken in relation to payroll and / or HR-Admin queriesFollow up accounting entries and reconciliations of payroll & sundry benefits accountsEnsuring the compliance with payroll processes and firm policiesLiaison with Luxembourg authorities and administrations such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, etc.Assistance in the preparation and documentation of Luxembourg tax returns for private personsYour skills
Bachelor or Master’s degree, from Business School, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience5-10 years’ experience in executive compensation in LuxembourgGood understanding of the general administration of companies (accounting, payroll, tax) and understanding the complete value chainKnowledge of Lux. personal tax environment and implications for cross border workers. Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and social securityVery good command of payroll software; experience with accounting software like SAP is an advantageSpeak English and French fluentlyInterested?
