As Jetfly continues its significant growth, we are looking for a motivated Safety Intern to support our Operations at Luxembourg Airport.

Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining the safety occurrence reporting database via Centrik SMS Module with the Safety Manager, including analysis and recording of events (Mandatory Occurrence Reports and Voluntary Safety Reports).
  • Support investigations of safety reports to help determine root causes.
  • Assist in implementing mitigation measures once root causes are identified, and suggest improvements to the relevant responsible parties.
  • Collect safety-related data from internal and external sources and support the Safety Manager in logging hazards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding Mandatory Occurrence Reporting and Voluntary Safety Reporting systems.
  • Liaise with department heads across the company on safety matters.
  • Support the drafting of the internal safety communications means
  • Assist with incident investigations under the guidance of the Safety Manager.

Profile

  • Final year student towards a degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Risk Management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of airworthiness procedures and aviation operations.
  • Fluent in English. French is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, databases).
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organized with good analytical skills.
  • Internship Compensation package

    Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies :

  • Final year of Master’s degree : €1,500
  • Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
