Customer Service Representative (m / f)

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Assure maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations to achieve the objective of creating long-staying, loyal customers. Handle day-to-day Learning Centers operations and perform administrative functions. Support retention and acquisition sales functions.

CORE RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensuring delivery by organizing the scheduling of lessons in the lesson planning system
  • Provide customer support handling customer schedules, and cancellations
  • Manage instructors availabilities in the planning system and communicate them their schedules
  • Boosting and follow-up of lessons to ensure timely delivery
  • Actively contribute to improve processes and strategic scheduling
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, calls and client conversations
  • Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure optimal Language Center appearance
  • External and internal customer service
  • Enter and manage customer information in CRM systems and work with other colleagues from Customer Service BENELUX
  • Order course materials and oversee the material inventory
  • Support the Learning Cycle, related reports, and certificates
  • Prepare for instructor payroll and monthly closing
  • Support the sales team and the school director
  • Carry out additional responsibilities to support the Language Center as assigned by local management
  • Fluency in French (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2) is mandatory.
  • Any additional languages such as German and / or Luxembourgish is an asset
