Your Responsibilities | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer

• Advise clients on corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and general company law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Handle day-to-day company law matters, including incorporations, liquidations, and restructurings.
• Liaise directly with clients, notaries, auditors, and external advisors.
• Support partners on cross-border mandates and contribute to internal and client knowledge initiatives.
