Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste / Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et apporter un soutien administratif en français et en anglais. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer un service professionnel et efficace, tant en interne qu'auprès des interlocuteurs externes. La personne retenue travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et contribuera activement au bon fonctionnement quotidien du bureau. Missions principales Accueil & Réception Accueillir clients et collaborateurs avec professionnalisme et convivialité. Gérer les appels entrants (standard téléphonique, filtrage, orientation). Organiser les visioconférences et réunions (y compris la réservation de salles et équipements). Préparer et maintenir les espaces de réception et salles de réunion dans un état impeccable. Coordonner l'accueil et la logistique des visiteurs (déplacements, badges, stationnement). Gérer la commande et l'organisation des rafraîchissements et repas lors de réunions. Administration & Support interne Assurer la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant. Coordonner les réservations (coursiers, taxis, salles de réunion). Gérer les fournitures et assurer le suivi des prestataires externes. Apporter un soutien administratif varié aux équipes (impression, préparation de dossiers, archivage). Participer à la gestion de la facturation et du traitement des notes de frais. Suivre la sécurité et l'organisation interne (registre incendie, rôle de secouriste / pompier d'étage). Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements internes et à la bonne tenue des locaux. Profil recherché Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 / C2). La connaissance de l'allemand et / ou du luxembourgeois est un atout. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en environnement professionnel exigeant.
