Job Description As part of the Compliance team, the Mid-Level Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring adherence to Luxembourg and EU regulatory requirements. The position offers broad exposure to compliance matters and close interaction with internal stakeholders. Main responsibilities include: Managing AML/CFT, KYC and client due diligence processes (onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews) Reviewing and validating client files in line with internal policies and regulatory standards Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to compliance reporting Acting as a point of contact for internal teams (front office, legal, risk, operations) Participating in internal and external audits and supporting regulatory interactions when required Contributing to the enhancement and implementation of compliance policies and procedures Candidate Profile Approximately 5 years of experience in Compliance, ideally within a bank, financial institution or PSF Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC and Luxembourg regulatory framework Ability to work independently while being fully integrated within a team Fluent in English; French is considered an asset Detail-oriented, pragmatic and reliable, with a sound understanding of business realities The Offering A stable and professional working environment Exposure to complex and meaningful compliance matters Re...
