We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to expand our team and contribute to our continued growth. In this role within our HR department, you will deliver comprehensive, precise, and prompt HR administrative support services. You will collaborate with an HR Business Partner on a dedicated portfolio while ensuring seamless execution of all HR administrative functions across our European offices.

Role
Employee Lifecyle
- Administration and management of the entire onboarding process. Collection of required documents, liaison with benefits providers, labor doctor, etc. induction process organization for new joiners.
- Absence management (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave), including holidays management for pilots and shift workers.
- General HR paperwork issue in English, and French, such as addendums, work certificate, communications, etc.
- Support end-to-end on off boarding process.
- Process and answer employees’ requests and provide relevant information on all incoming HR queries.
- Support optimization regarding daily HR activities and performance.
HR systems
Input, maintain and validate accurate HR information within the HRIS (Bamboo) based on the needs and requirements of the local business or European entities.Ensure the integrity of data on the appointed HRIS (Bamboo) to meet quality control and performance metrics.HR Generalist tasks
Support the implementation, follow-up and maintenance of HR policies and tools and advise on updating / improving the existing ones.Take part in the implementation of the HR strategy, contribute to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.Profile
HR, or Business Administration bachelor’s degree with a first experience as HR Assistant or HR Officer.Excellent command of MS Office.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.Enthusiastic, service oriented with a can-do attitude and team player.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to cope with a various number of different tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organization, capacity to prioritize and organize work.Jetfly’s offer
