What you will do

Drive M&A and Private Equity deals from structuring to execution, strengthening your expertise on complex and high-value matters.
Advise on corporate governance and reorganisations , becoming a trusted partner to international clients.
Draft and review sophisticated agreements that enhance your technical and negotiation skills.
Work closely with colleagues in banking, finance, tax, and funds , broadening your scope and impact.
Build direct client relationships , developing your commercial mindset and professional network.

What we are looking for

3-5 years' experience in corporate law (M&A / PE focus).

Bar admission in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction.

Fluent in German and Englsih; other languages are a plus.

Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and eager to grow in an international environment.
