Advisory & Accounting Officer (Chartered accountant profile) (m / f)

You will have the opportunity to thrive in a friendly corporate environment. Our prestigious international client base will allow you to challenge your skills with a well-diversified range of tasks and technically demanding assignments covering accounting, legal as well as tax aspects.

You will join a young and dynamic team with the following tasks :

• Manage accounting, tax and legal aspects of a portfolio of Luxembourg holding, real estate and private equity companies including :

§ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

§ Preparation of corporate income tax and VAT returns,

§ Assistance to clients in implementing specific transactions (liquidations, mergers, deals, incorporations, loan agreements) including drafting legal documentation,

§ Organizing and attending board meetings including drafting minutes,

§ Ensuring that the companies are up-to-date with their accounting, tax and legal obligations (filings, payments),
