Job description1 to 2 years of experience in a Transfer Agency role, ideally in Alternative Funds Familiarity with Private Equity or Real Estate fund structures Understanding of fund transaction cycles and investor-related processes Initial exposure to AML / KYC procedures Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Good communication skills in English ; other languages considered a plus Attractive compensation package including a salary of approximately EUR 65,000 per year , a 6% annual bonus , meal vouchers, and supplementary health insurance 30 days of annual leave , reflecting the organization's strong commitment to employee well-being and personal time Hybrid working model with significant flexibility, including the possibility to work up to 10 days per month from home , in line with operational needs International and multicultural environment , offering exposure to global investment practices and collaboration with diverse teams Trust-based management culture that values autonomy, accountability, and transparent communication Career growth and continuous learning , including access to training, professional certifications, and internal mobility opportunities within the AIF space Modern offices located in Cloche d'Or , easily accessible and surrounded by retail, dining, and transportation options Team-building activities and internal initiatives fostering a collaborative and engaging work atmosphere
A reputable alternative investment platform based in Luxembourg is seeking a motivated Transfer Agent to support its growing investor services team. This structure manages sophisticated Private Equity and Real Estate funds and provides a collaborative, multicultural working environment where talent development and operational excellence are priorities.

Transfer Agent - (AIF) - Your responsibilities :
- Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
- Maintain investor registers and assist with capital call and distribution activities
- Support the preparation of investor statements and documentation
- Perform initial AML / KYC checks and assist with ongoing investor due diligence
- Collaborate with internal teams such as fund accounting, legal, and compliance
- Contribute to investor queries and provide accurate and timely assistance
- Participate in periodic internal projects aimed at process improvement and efficiency
