Your mission :

The PAM Service Manager brings specific expertise in PAM platforms and services whether on-prem or in the Cloud with a focus on European sovereign providers. She / he has a strong experience in designing, deploying and maintaining each of the stack's components. She / he will also support necessary adaptations required by the different customers having to accommodate the implementation of a Zero Trust Architecture. She / he will also ensure that the solutions and each of their components are delivered at the expected levels of security, reliability and availability at all times.

Collaborating with the MSP team and customer representative, the PAM Service Manager will ensure that the service is designed and implemented in accordance with the Customer's business needs and IT standards.

The goals of the position include :

• Regular review and assessment of the MSP team to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Development of a strategic roadmap proposal for the service, aligning with the Customer's overall IT strategy and goals.
• Collaborative planning and decision-making with the MSP team to ensure that the service is designed and implemented to meet the Customer's business requirements.
• Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the operations to ensure that it continues to meet the Customer's needs, SLAs and expectations
• Coordinating changes and governance with other technical stakeholders.
