Your mission

  • You will be part of the growth strategy and ensure that you acquire new customers for the company and provide them with optimum long-term support and development. You have no country or territory restrictions and can onboard clients from virtually all markets (except for blacklisted countries) and from a wide range of asset classes.
  • You have long-standing client relationships and clients trust you personally. You know your clients' financial goals and develop a customised investment strategy accordingly, which both meets the client's needs and achieves the highest possible return with an acceptable level of risk

Your tasks

  • You have long-term client relationships with wealthy individuals who have a strong personal connection to you and are therefore happy to switch to your new company with you
  • You use your existing network to acquire additional clients internationally
  • You have no country or territory restrictions and can onboard clients from virtually all markets and from a wide range of asset classes (including private equity, real estate, etc.)
  • You take over the complete support of your clients
  • You actively expand your network and act entrepreneurially
  • You actively develop your clients with the aim of increasing client value
  • Your profile

  • You have a banking-specific qualification or a relevant degree or comparable qualification or relevant professional experience
  • You enjoy working in a medium-sized asset management company with quick decisions and uncomplicated processes
  • You have +10 years of dedicated professional experience in supporting wealthy private clients (UHNWI or HNWI) in a national or international environment
  • You have long-standing personal relationships and / or an active client book (virtually all markets and product areas are relevant here)
  • You have a "sales mindset" and love to actively acquire and develop clients, Good advice and service quality are very important to you
  • You are a networker and communicator and understand and love to make new contacts and develop relationships
  • You have the necessary people skills, sensitivity and the necessary human touch, sensitivity and the necessary perseverance
  • You have a positive mindset and a high level of energy
  • You inspire your clients with customised investment concepts
  • Your proven success is based on intensive personal and professional contacts with wealthy private clients
  • You are a highly motivated, results-oriented team player, a convincing personality and identify with your role
  • Confident in using standard MS Office applications and open to new media
