Your day to day

  • Manage corporate governance matters and board administration activities
  • Prepare and distribute board meeting materials, agendas and minutes
  • Ensure compliance with company law and regulatory filing requirements
  • Maintain corporate records, registers and statutory documentation
  • Coordinate annual general meetings and extraordinary shareholder meetings
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and handle official correspondence
  • Support legal and compliance matters including contract management
  • Assist with corporate restructuring projects and entity formations
  • Monitor changes in corporate governance regulations and best practices

Your profile

  • Law degree or professional qualification in corporate secretarial practice
  • 3-5 years experience as corporate secretary in financial services sector
  • Thorough knowledge of Luxembourg company law and corporate governance
  • Experience with board portal software and document management systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Multilingual abilities (English, French, German advantageous)
  • Professional membership with relevant corporate secretarial institute
  • Understanding of insurance or investment fund regulations beneficial
