In order to expand its teams, Brink's Security Luxembourg is looking for a Tender & Business support Officer. Reporting directly to the Sales & Business Development Deputy Director, your main mission will be to coordinate, prepare and follow up on tenders, while providing administrative and commercial support to internal teams. You will ensure the quality and compliance of submitted bids and contribute to the commercial development of the company. In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows : 1. Tender management Identify and monitor opportunities for public and private tenders. Analyse specifications, technical and administrative requirements, and deadlines. Coordinate the collection of information from internal departments (operations, HR, finance, quality, legal). Draft and format administrative and technical files. Verify the compliance and quality of bids before submission. Manage electronic submission platforms. Track results and maintain a database of tenders and customer feedback. 2. Sales and business support Help prepare sales proposals and respond to specific customer requests. Conduct market research and participate in business development. Keep customer databases, contracts and performance indicators up to date. Prepare reports, summaries and dashboards for management. 3. Administrative support Manage administrative documentation (insurance, certifications, legal documents required for tenders). Ensure the filing and archiving of documents (physical and digital). Support internal coordination between departments for project monitoring. Organize meetings, draft minutes and distribute internal communications efficiently. 4. Quality and continuous improvement Participate in standardizing templates and procedures for tender submissions. Ensure consistency, accuracy and high-quality standards in all documentation. Identify and propose process improvements to optimize tendering and administrative workflows. Required skills and qualities Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written). Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, rigour and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of CRM (Sales Force, Brevo) would be an advantage. Knowledge of public procurement procedures and electronic submission platforms. Team spirit, proactivity and ability to work under pressure. Required profile Higher education in administration, management, commerce or equivalent field. 2 to 5 years' experience in tender coordination, commercial administration or operational support.
