HR Specialist - Key Responsibilities :

As a key member of the HR & Finance function, you will play a central and versatile role in managing payroll operations within a demanding yet rewarding environment .

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with both local and international payroll regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll procedures.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits matters.
  • Continuously improving payroll processes and exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

HR Specialist - Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll, ideally within a fiduciary or law firm environment .
  • Fluent in French and English ; any additional language is considered an asset.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and rigorous mindset , combined with a sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
