To support this growth, we are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to strengthen our Operations & Logistics team.

About you I The Role

As a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant , you will support the daily operations of our warehouse, from the receipt to the dispatch of goods. You will ensure accurate stock management, assist in logistics coordination, and help maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Contract : Permanent role (CDI)

Department : Operations & Logistics

Reports to : Head of Operations & Logistics

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory management , stock checks, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support goods handling : receiving, checking, packing, labelling, and dispatching orders.
  • Contribute to logistics coordination by liaising with transport providers and tracking deliveries.
  • Help maintain warehouse organisation , ensuring safe and efficient storage.
  • Support compliance with documentation procedures and prepare activity reports.
  • Apply health & safety regulations , use PPE, and report hazards.

Desired Profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and / or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, goods handling, and logistics flows .
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Odoo (ERP / CRM), SharePoint, Teams, Monday.com.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English ; French or another language is an asset.
