In your role, you will contribute to the daily accounting activities of the Management Company of UniCredit and you will take the ownership of dedicated projects to improve and streamline financial processes in a changing environment. Your profile : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in a ManCo, with expertise in invoice management, accounts reconciliations, and financial reporting; Excellent command of MS Office and MS Access; Familiarity with SAP and Olympic software; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way; Proactive and autonomous as well as precise working attitude; Proficiency in English, German+French +Italian is an asset. Your tasks in our team : Invoice Management : Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and adherence to financial regulations. SAP Knowledge : Utilize SAP software for accounting tasks, leveraging its functionalities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Accounts Monitoring and Reconciling : Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. Preparation of periodical Financial Statements and support to External Auditors : Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support on Preparation of periodical Consolidated Financial Statements and reconciliation of Inter-company balances. Support Reports to CSSF : Prepare and submit financial reports to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
