Your mission :

The Hybrid Cloud Automation Engineer (Kubernetes, AI Applications & Datacenter Infrastructure) is responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline both modern cloud-native platforms and traditional datacenter environments. The role focuses on automating Kubernetes cluster operations and workflows for AI / ML applications, while also driving Infrastructure as Code and orchestration across compute, storage, and network resources in the datacenter. By building scalable automation frameworks, CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring integrations, the engineer ensures consistent, reliable, and secure operations. Working closely with development, AI, and infrastructure teams, the Automation Engineer accelerates application delivery, improves system resilience, and advances the organization’s automation maturity across the full technology stack.

He should have a strong knowledge and experience on various technologies and automation systems. The non-exhaustive list of job responsibilities as well as technical and specific skills / experience is shown below :

Job responsibilities :

• Automate Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, container deployments, and CI / CD workflows.
• Enable AI / ML application deployment, scaling, and resource optimization.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and security automation across environments.
• Drive reliability, compliance, and performance improvements through automation.
• Collaborate with AI, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to accelerate delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise in how to integrate Automation in the Datacenter ecosystem
• Work with operational teams in order to define the scope and the automation specifications
• Design, program and modify scripts and automation workflows (in various scripting languages) as necessary
• Develop and maintain Automation standards, policies and procedures
• Document engineering work, incident resolution and recurring incidents; creating technical analysis, performance, and enhancement reports.
• Lead project teams and acting as a resource for other team members.
• Plan, implement and carry out maintenance consisting of upgrades / updates / fixes for automation systems and their related components, following industry good practices.
• Work with other information technology professionals to resolve performance issues and optimize performance.
