For one of his client based in Kirchberg, Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting a

Financial Reporting Officer (H / F / X)

Job Description :

Draft a thorough report on financial sustainability , including a detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability by business segment.

Identify trends and variances  impacting the profit and loss statement and conduct an in-depth analysis of financial data.

Review and update relevant reporting procedures and documentation  to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.

Design and implement detective controls  to enhance the integrity of the reporting process.

Prepare regular and ad hoc financial performance monitoring reports  for management.

Support the automation and streamlining of financial reporting activities .

Candidate Profile :

A university degree, ideally at the postgraduate level , in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least three years of relevant professional experience  in financial administration, finance, auditing, or cost control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools  is essential.

Excellent command of English , both spoken and written.  Knowledge of other EU languages  would be beneficial.

Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools  such as Tableau and Power BI is advantageous.
