Administrative profiles in different departments

Administration, finance, logistics, purchasing, human resources, legal, medical,...

• Performing various administrative tasks : archiving, email management, mail and phone calls management, document and report creation,…
• Specific tasks depending on the department of assignment,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package,
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus,
• Fluency in French and / or English,
• Experience in an international / European organization would be an asset.

Forklift operators, logisticians, warehouse workers, …
