Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Bank’s clients in all matters relating to domiciliation and corporate secretarial services
- Ensure that directors, managers, and shareholders are duly informed before, during, and after meetings, in strict compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and participate in board meetings of the funds and / or companies administered by the Bank
- Coordinate and participate in shareholder meetings of the entities under administration
- Prepare accurate and timely minutes of meetings and draft any required circular resolutions
- Ensure that all mandatory filings with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register are completed accurately and within prescribed deadlines
- Maintain all corporate and legal records of client entities in an orderly and compliant manner
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Investor Operations and Client Operations, to ensure coordinated service delivery and legal compliance
- Provide support to team members within the department, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal projects aimed at enhancing processes related to domiciliation and corporate secretarial activities
Your profile
Solid knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law as well as investment fund laws and regulationsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position within the financial services or legal industryUniversity degree in Law or equivalent legal qualificationExcellent drafting and organizational skills, with strong attention to detailFluency in English, both written and spokenStrong communication skills and a collaborative team spiritProactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingOffer
