MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.

MIBL now has an opening for a :

Reconciliation Officer

Fixed-term contract (18 months)

(Ref. : RO10 / 2025)

Primary functions and tasks – Cash, FX and Reconciliation Administrator

Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of :

1. Perform all necessary functions related to Cash operations (including but not limited to) :

➢ Reconciliation

➢ Cashiering

➢ FX services

➢ Custody cash payments

➢ Reporting

➢ Understanding the day-to-day processing of Reconciliation, FX and cashiering processes;

Participate to strategic projects :
Interaction with internal (i.e. Audit, Client Services, Custody Operations) and external parties (i.e. MIBL Custodians,);
Be a reference employee in your field of work by using your knowledge to solve issues or assist with projects which are in your field of work;
Ability to analyze and proactively evaluate solutions;
Assisting his direct Supervisor on any urgent matter;
Escalate any urgent matter to his direct Supervisor.

Specific knowledge & skills :

Prior experience (between 3 and 5 years) in a similar role;

Ability to deal with custodians, customers, and service providers;

Good command of spoken and written English;

Team player & excellent communication skills;

Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure;

Good overview and understanding of financial instruments used within the banking / financial sector as well as understanding of related transactions;

Good organization skills;

Ability to prioritize;

Dynamic and results-oriented.
