For a well-established law firm, our team is recruiting an Associate Investment Funds to join a reputable International Law Firm.

Join a dynamic firm of over 40 professionals in delivering tailor-made and personalized services to Investment Vehicles , AIFM and management companies . The international law firm has implanted its Investment Fund operations in Luxembourg and is strengthening its stable team as business is growing. Your Responsibilities | Associate Funds – Legal – Law – Law Firm – AIF - Avocat

Advising clients on the optimal course of action in terms of investment strategies while always keeping in mind their business objectives and strategy. This includes the fund set-up and fund structuring.
Introducing and managing legal processes for a client portfolio of Investment Vehicles (non-regulated, semi-regulated, and regulated).
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
Representing the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.

Profile and Career Path | Associate Funds – Legal – Law – Law Firm – AIF - Avocat

You possess at least 2 years of experience within the Investment Fund department of a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in a firm that is implanted internationally is a considerable asset.

You speak fluent English and French fluently and are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing to a diverse panel of stakeholders. Any additional language, especially German, is an advantage.

Your dynamic and uplifting spirit allows for collaborative work and problem-solving.

A yearly salary of up to 115.000€ gross (on an employee status) to which you can add meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
