Our client, a European Institution, is looking for an Operational Assistant who speaks English fluently. French is considered as an advantage. A prior experience in a Learning and Development department will also be an asset. This temporary contract starts in December. Accountabilities : - Support the team of SL&D Officers in setting up and delivering (blended) learning programmes in various environments (in-person and virtual) and using technologies available at the Bank. - Administer the Learning management system (SAP SuccessFactors) to input the data about the learning courses and update the info for tracking and reporting purposes (enrolment, cancelation, waiting list, attendance, documentation, training rooms, etc) - Coordinate the visits of external consultants and trainers (invitation, calendar, access, logistics, training rooms, hotel rooms) - Support the implementation of plans and initiatives in the Unit and participate in the optimisation of processes and working tools - Monitoring the team mailbox and responding promptly to enquiries by providing first-level support or redirecting as appropriate - Take a cooperative approach within the team and act as a back-up to other operational assistants as required. Qualifications : - Secondary level diploma, completed with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. business administration...) or secondary level diploma with equally qualified experience in a relevant field - Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operational or business support position in a relevant field Administrative, operational or business support experience is highly appreciated - Highly diligent and proactive, with strong self-organizational skills and the ability to work across a broad range of topics and teams. - Very good verbal and written English language skills.
