Account Manager – European Institutions (m / f)

Job descriptionA higher education degree. 3–5 years of experience in sales, staffing, or resourcing within the IT services sector. Previous experience working with European Institutions is a strong asset. Solid understanding of customer requirements and the EU institutional market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills . Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities. Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage. Holds a valid driver’s license . Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg / Belgium without the need for employment sponsorship. A dynamic, international work environment at the heart of the EU. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to strengthen our sales department in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be dedicated to managing and developing our business relationships with the European Institutions , building on existing framework contracts, and driving new opportunities within the IT services sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to expand business opportunities within the European Institutions.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong commercial relationships with assigned EU clients and prospects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the European Commission and the recruitment / staffing team.
- Support staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify future needs.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and support to employees and consultants working on EU projects.
