Job description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager  to strengthen our sales department in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be dedicated to managing and developing our business relationships with the European Institutions , building on existing framework contracts, and driving new opportunities within the IT services sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to expand business opportunities within the European Institutions.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong commercial relationships with assigned EU clients and prospects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the European Commission and the recruitment / staffing team.
  • Support staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify future needs.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and support to employees and consultants working on EU projects.

Your Profile

  • A higher education degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience  in sales, staffing, or resourcing within the IT services sector. Previous experience working with European Institutions  is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of customer requirements and the EU institutional market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in French and English  (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license .
  • Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg / Belgium  without the need for employment sponsorship.
