Job descriptionLicence en comptabilité, finance ou un domaine connexe, ou certification professionnelle pertinente. A minima 3 ans d’expérience dans la consolidation de données financières pour des groupes immobiliers et financiers internationaux, y compris une exposition aux devises étrangères. Une compréhension solide des principes comptables, des normes de consolidation et une maîtrise de MS Office. Etre familier avec le logiciel de consolidation SIGMA est un avantage significatif. Connaissances solides des normes IFRS. Connaissance du secteur de l'immobilier est un atout. Un niveau courant en langue française ainsi qu’un niveau professionnel en langue anglaise. Nous recherchons un Consolidation IFRS Manager pour superviser et exécuter l'ensemble du processus de consolidation et diriger la mise en œuvre initiale des normes IFRS pour des clients externes. Ce rôle fait partie d'une équipe spécialisée axée sur l'immobilier, l'hôtellerie et la gestion de portefeuille financier, relevant directement des Associés Directeurs.
Vos Responsabilités :
- Préparation et analyse des données comptables et des états financiers annuels.
- Garantir la conformité aux normes IFRS et aux réglementations comptables locales pour les clients tiers.
- Servir de liaison principale avec les auditeurs externes.
- Orchestrer la consolidation complète des comptes, de la planification à l'interaction avec les filiales mondiales.
- Offrir des recommandations, affiner les systèmes et les procédures, et initier des mesures correctives.
