For our department Talent Attraction within Human Resources department , we are looking for a (an) :

Internship Talent Attraction (m / f / x)

Main duties :

• Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Attraction's recruiting process
• Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
• Assist with pre-screen candidates and manage database accordingly
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed (interviews scheduling, job fairs organization, recruitment event research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling)
• Help plan and organize HR related events
• Participate to interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge
