Junior Client Accountant

LUNEX is a young and ambitious University of Applied Sciences (Établissement d'Enseignement Supérieur Spécialisé) in Luxembourg, attracting students from Europe and beyond and offering high-quality and innovative teaching and learning in higher education and research.

We are expanding our team and are looking to recruit a capable, enthusiastic and motivated Junior Client Accountant to work on a permanent, part-time basis (20h / week).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The successful candidate will report to the Junior Controller and support the efficient and accurate management of student accounts, revenue recognition, and payment collection :

Student Account Management

• Maintain and monitor individual student accounts.
• Handle payment discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Manage and respond to a high volume of email inquiries from students and stakeholders.

Revenue Recognition

Collections and Payment Monitoring

Liaison with External Accounting Provider

Administrative & Reporting Support
