• Participate in the structuring, setup, and maintenance of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, PE / RE). This exposure allows you to acquire deep technical knowledge and visibility on strategic fund structures.
• Draft offering documents, partnership agreements, and regulatory filings, giving you full involvement in every step of the fund lifecycle.
• Advise asset managers and institutional clients on regulatory and operational questions, strengthening your client-facing skills and commercial awareness.
• Support partners in cross-border projects and liaise with foreign offices, ensuring constant interaction with international teams and high-level transactions. Candidate Profile :
• Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in investment funds, ideally gained in a reputable international or top-tier Luxembourg firm.
• Stable career path showing commitment and professional maturity.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills in English; French or German is a plus.
