NEOFACTO - Business Analyst (SAS)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAS VIYA, SAS Studio, and SAS Enterprise Guide to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that data-driven processes and applications effectively support financial operations.

As a functional expert, you will provide guidance on the use of SAS products, act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

Missions

• Act as a facilitator between business stakeholders and software developers / providers.
• Conduct and coordinate business analysis efforts with internal teams, business representatives, and external IT consultants to produce specifications aligned with business requirements.
• Provide functional support on SAS products for data processing and financial-related topics.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with technical experts and advising on application design when needed.
• Deliver guidance and training on the use of SAS products to end-users.
• Perform testing and validation activities on developments and enhancements prior to release.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation to support systems and business processes.
