Team / division overview The Platform Sustainability function is a cross-divisional function, linked to both the investment and product divisions of DWS Group. It coordinates and steers the business implementation of DWS's Sustainability Strategy as well as the sustainability related regulatory requirements in the product and investment areas. Its focus is on the liquid product range of DWS Group and the product-related sustainability activities for alternative investments. Its activities comprise the development of sustainability-related frameworks as well as their integration into engagement processes, ESG integration processes and product-specific investment policies. The Product Infrastructure & Standards team is part of Platform Sustainability within the Product Division. The team is responsible for developing the sustainability-related product infrastructure including data management and contributing to product disclosure processes. In this responsibility, the team plays a key role in designing efficient processes for a technology-driven future. In addition, the team actively contributes to navigating regulatory developments that are shaping the industry. To achieve this, it works closely together with colleagues across the Product Division and other relevant sustainability experts at DWS globally.
