Your Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel files)
  • Transform collected data into clear, actionable insights through structured analysis and easily interpretable formats
  • Write queries and develop periodical reports using SQL, Python and Power BI
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated data pipelines and reporting processes
  • Manage day-to-day operational data requests like client information, financial data, product and service information
  • Maintain a web portal, an automatic report system, and Power BI dashboards
  • Collaborate with business units, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing analytics best practices within the team
  • Analyze and document existing reports, providing strategic recommendations to management for enhancements and optimization
  • Bring your ideas to improve the products or the processes
  • Learn the business of Intellectual Property

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with data querying with SQL, Microsoft SQL server management.
  • Proficient in Python for development
  • Solid understanding in visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Knowledge of version control. Git with Microsoft Azure DevOps is an asset
  • Self-organized and creative team player with effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management, self-organized, solution-focused and keen attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German and / or French is considered as an asset
