As part of its continued growth, a well-established fiduciary firm located in the center of Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. With over a decade of operations and a steadily growing international client base, the firm is now entering a new strategic phase, including expansion into the regulated fund sector .

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's development while applying both your technical knowledge and leadership skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will be working closely with clients in private equity, real estate, and holding structures, while supporting and guiding your team towards operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Finance – Tax – Luxembourg

• Manage a portfolio of financial clients ( SOPARFI, holdings, PE / RE structures), ensuring timely preparation and review of annual accounts , tax and VAT returns , and regulatory filings (CSSF, BCL).
• Lead a team of accountants by overseeing daily workflows, fostering a collaborative team spirit, and actively contributing to their professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with your clients, understand their needs in advance, and take part in business development or service improvement initiatives.
