Mission

For a medical device company situated in Esch-sur-Alzette, Sofitex Talent is looking for a :

Logistics Officer (M / F)

As a logistics team member, the Logistics Officer work closely with the logistics manager in order to keep and maintain the logistics tasks and processes to the best level and to help the department in his constant growth.

Responsabilities :

You are responsible for the orders and invoices process cycle;

You are in charge of processing the claim (including exchange of the sales goods and credit notes);

You take care of providing samples of our products to the Sales Team;

You assist the logistics manager regarding the stock procurement;

You are assisting on transportation of products in Europe and outside Europe;

You liaise and collaborate closely with the sales team and the customers;

You bring support in cleaning the customer data and in creating product information in view of the new ERP Project.

Profile

You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business administration or related field

You are fluent in English both spoken and written

A good command of Dutch, both spoken and written is a strong asset, any other language such as French or German are an asset

You can demonstrate initial experience in a logistics, supply chain or transport department, or an experience that shows a structured mind and a strong attention to detail in administrative tasks.

At ease with figures, you have a great sense of precision

You are proficient in MS Office : comfortable using Excel

You are efficient with technical and dedicated digital tools and applications

You have excellent organizational and planning skills

You are able to work towards tight deadlines whilst keeping details in focus.
