Tax & Legal Counsel

Your responsibilities include :

• Advising internal and external stakeholders on all tax-related matters pertaining to the life insurance business.
• Offering support to the Wealth Structuring department concerning the tax frameworks applicable in the various countries where insurance contracts are distributed.
• Providing legal assistance in the underwriting and management of life insurance and capitalization contracts. This involves analyzing beneficiary clauses, pledges, eligibility of legal entities, transfer of contracts, etc.
• Assisting and serving as a backup for the Legal Affairs department in various legal matters, including agreements with partners (custodian banks, insurance intermediaries, financial managers), and other legal topics.
