Support for Connection Process Management (m / f / n) Département : Assets| Lieu : Luxembourg – Merl | Contrat : CDI | Demande N°19804 Your tasks You support the Process Owner in the daily management and development of the applications related to the connection process and act as the main point of contact for all process-related questions You contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of the process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements You continuously update the process by drafting clear guides, manuals and descriptions for regional centres and stakeholders You ensure end-to-end quality monitoring of the process, from the customer's request to the closure of the case You collaborate with regional centres to identify needs and potential improvements You monitor and share key performance indicators (KPIs) and support users during process or application updates Your profile You hold a technician diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering and / or renewable energy An initial experience in process management or operational follow-up, ideally in the energy sector, is considered an advantage. Rigorous and well-organised, you are recognised for your strong writing skills. You are team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders You are proficient in Luxembourgish, French and German; fluency in English is considered an asset.
