Your missions
As Investment Fund Governance & Oversight Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and delegation oversight within our AIFM, which manages a diverse range of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), including Private Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate, and Fund of Funds portfolios.
You will work closely with the Conducting Officers and senior management, ensuring that corporate governance standards are upheld, regulatory filings are completed accurately, and delegated service providers are effectively monitored.
Organize and prepare board and management committee meetings, including drafting agendas, meeting packs, and minutes.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of board resolutions and decisions.
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) of shareholders.
Ensure timely filing of regulatory reports, financial statements, and statutory documents.
Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting the AIFM and investment funds.
Support the Conducting Officers in overseeing delegated service providers (fund administrators, investment managers, etc.).
Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports on delegates and service providers.
Participate in the onboarding of new investment funds, ensuring compliance with AIFM approval processes.
Maintain domiciliation files for funds under management.
