Support the Corporate IT team across multiple topics and learning areas
Assist with Azure budget tracking and implementing cost-saving initiatives
Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for both Cloud and Onsite providers
Provide end-user support : floorwalking, VIP assistance, and general IT help in designated areas
Offer ad-hoc video conference support for meetings and events
Support Facilities Management (FM) in IT-related tasks, including business analysis, requirement gathering and formulation, testing and go-live support, and post-implementation aftercare
Your profile
Technical skills : Minimum 1 year (and maximum 3 years) of relevant experience in a Corporate IT area with Microsoft Cloud
Experience in dealing with day-to-day activities for VIP customers
Experience with Video Conferencing equipment, ideally Video Wall, large conference setup for 20 VIPs
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; knowledge of Azure is considered a plus
A university degree in the computer science field, or equivalent
